We want you to love what you receive from Fear Collective. Many of our pieces are made, printed, finished, or prepared specifically for each order, so all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
That said, we stand behind our work. If something arrives damaged, broken, defective, or there is an issue with your order, we will work with you to make it right.
No Returns or Exchanges
Fear Collective does not accept returns or exchanges.
Please review product descriptions, dimensions, sizing, personalization details, and order information carefully before completing your purchase.
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun.
Damaged, Broken or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or broken, or you discover a production issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Depending on the issue, we will repair, replace, or remake the affected item at no additional cost to you.
Please include:
Your name and order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the item
Photos of the shipping box and packaging if the item was damaged during shipping
Please keep the item and its original packaging until we have reviewed the issue. In some cases, we may need additional photos or information to process a shipping claim or determine the best way to fix the problem.
Incorrect Orders
If we made an error with your order — such as sending the wrong item or producing something differently from your confirmed order details — please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
We'll review the issue and arrange for the item to be corrected, replaced, or remade as appropriate.
Custom Orders & Design Approvals
Please carefully review all names, spelling, dates, photos, artwork, sizing, colors, and other customization information before submitting your order.
When a design proof is provided, approval confirms that you have reviewed and accepted the design for production.
We cannot remake an item because of an error in information provided or approved by the customer. However, if we make an error in producing your approved design, we will make it right.
Handmade Products
Many Fear Collective pieces involve hands-on production processes, including printing, resin pouring, finishing, fabrication, and assembly.
Small variations in color, texture, placement, resin finish, or other handmade characteristics may naturally occur. These variations are part of the character of handmade and small-batch production and are not considered defects.
